1. About Bizy Travel

Bizy Travel ("we", "us", "our") is an online travel booking platform that allows users to search and book flights, hotels, and car rentals. By using bizytravel.com you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings made through Bizy Travel are subject to the fare rules and Conditions of Carriage of the relevant airline or service provider. By completing a booking you agree to those conditions.

Prices displayed include all taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your card will be charged at the time of booking.

Bizy Travel acts as an agent between you and the airline. We are not the carrier and are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or changes made by the airline.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are subject to the fare rules of the ticket purchased. Refund amounts are determined by the airline and communicated to you before you confirm a cancellation. Refunds to your original payment method may take 5–10 business days to appear.

In the event that a booking cannot be completed after payment has been taken, we will automatically issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Flight Changes

Flight change requests are subject to airline availability and fare rules. Change fees and any price differences are displayed before you confirm a change. Bizy Travel does not guarantee that changes will be available for any given booking.

5. Rewards Points

Bizy Travel offers a rewards points program. Points are earned on completed bookings and vest 3 days after your travel is completed. Points may be cancelled if a booking is refunded, cancelled, or if a chargeback is initiated.

Bizy Travel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

6. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all passenger details entered during booking are accurate and match the relevant travel documents. Bizy Travel is not liable for costs arising from incorrect information provided by the user.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bizy Travel's liability for any claim arising from use of this service is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
