• Account information: name, email address, profile photo (via Google sign-in)
• Passenger details: full name, date of birth, gender, title, phone number, and TSA PreCheck / Known Traveler Number if provided
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers
• Booking information: flight details, booking references, travel dates
• Usage data: pages visited, searches performed

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and manage your flight bookings
• To send booking confirmation and change emails
• To manage your rewards points balance
• To provide customer support
• To improve our service

3. Information We Share

We share your information only as necessary to complete your booking:

• Duffel: our flight booking provider. Passenger details are transmitted to airlines via Duffel to create reservations.
• Stripe: our payment processor. Card data is handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
• Resend: our email delivery provider. Used to send booking confirmation emails.
• Google: used for authentication via Google Sign-In.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your booking and account information for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and tax purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant.
